double stroking tutorial

open up whatever this is going to used for (a sign/header).
for mine i've going to make a header.

you're going to go to effects and stroke for your text here
or layer>layer style>stroke and set your settings like mine then press okay.
right click your text layer, select duplicate text.
then hold shift and select both of the text layers, then press ctrl + e.
repeat layer>layer style> stroke and set your settings like mine then press okay.
right click your text layer, select duplicate text.
then hold shift and select both of the text layers, then press ctrl + e.
repeat layer>layer style> stroke and set your pattern settings like this and your drop shadow settings like this
flatten your image and you're done!
