or layer>layer style>stroke and set your settings like mine then press okay.
right click your text layer, select duplicate text.
then hold shift and select both of the text layers, then press ctrl + e.
repeat layer>layer style> stroke and set your settings like mine then press okay.

then hold shift and select both of the text layers, then press ctrl + e.
repeat layer>layer style> stroke and set your pattern settings like this and your drop shadow settings like this
